Shaker & Peel is a temple to the reinvented taco. We’re a one-of-a-kind taco concept serving chef-driven​ food and crafted beverages in a unique & funky setting. Founded on the idea that tacos don’t have to be associated with Tex-Mex cuisine and can be made with the same care and quality ingredients as fine dining, Shaker & Peel is where “anything goes” meets the “art of the taco”.

SOME COOL THINGS ABOUT US:
We use only the freshest ingredients available reinventing tacos to a whole new level. We make our own organic tortillas, slow roast free-range chickens and grass-fed beef, use lots of small-batch local liquor in our cocktails, and make everything from scratch. Which means our food tastes really awesome.
